Process Monitor allows the users with access to a certain process to monitor it and analyse the data. The current user does not have to be a participant of the processes shown in this subsection. By default, only the process owner and supervisor have permissions to monitor the process. Permissions to monitor a particular process can be assigned on the access to processes page (in the Process Monitoringsection). The Process Monitor page shows the business process analytics. (Fig. 1).
Fig. 1. Process Monitor.
Next to each process there is:
Active processes - the number of active process instances;
Active tasks - the number of currently active tasks;
Completed processes - the number of completed process instances;
Interrupted processes - the number of interrupted process instances.
Clicking on the name of the process opens the process monitor page, which shows the information about all the process instances.
Clicking on the digits (that indicate the number of active, completed or interrupted process instances and the number of tasks) will open the corresponding page. This page will display either the Processes tab or the Tasks tab depending on what you chose.
There is a filter tree on the left side of the screen:
All – displays all the instances that are available to the current user.
Process Monitor - displays the process monitor (Fig. 1).
Full Process Monitor- displays the full tree of processes as it is shown in the Designer. Convenient navigation in this section allows monitoring a large number of processes, while it is unreasonable to display all items in a flat list. Only the users, who have permissions for the Full Monitor option will be able to see this section.
Below these filter options there are personal and shared filters
You can export the filtered list of processes to an Excel file. To do so, click on the table settings panel.
