The
ELMA Web Portal
section describes the capabilities of the corporate web portal of ELMA platform. The system allows organizing a shared information environment by providing messages and public channels,
task control and execution

for personal scheduling and

for company's events. You can also use
customer management

time reports
and other features. You can configure a workspace for each user with the
main pages
and
menu
settings, and by using
portlets
.
Fig. 1 illustrates the main page of an HR manager with the "Tasks", "Company Employees" and "Calendar" portlets.
