Process Page

Process page – is a page that displays all the information about the process. A process page provides you with access to the process instances.
You can access a process page in the Processes - My Processes subsection. A process page contains a search form and two tabs:
The numbers to the right of the tab names show the number of all process instances started, regardless of their current statuses.

If there are many process instances, it is more convenient to use the quick and advanced search forms.
For a quick search (Fig. 3) enter the name of a process instance in the search box and click Search or press Enter. If you want to search instances of another process, you need to specify the process in the Process field.
To use the advanced search (Fig. 3) you need to set additional search parameters by clicking Advanced. After you have set the parameters, click Search, Find Instances or press Enter. Advanced search allows you to filter the instances by values of the context variables.
Advanced search form provides the following options:

Availability of a search parameter can be set when you edit each context variable in ELMA Designer when modeling the business process. Advanced search parameters – are the process context variables. To set one of the variables as a search parameter you need to check the Participates in Search (Filter) box and the Show box in the Filter Form field.
The table of the process instances and the tasks table can be sorted by the values of columns. If you mouse over a column name and its background color becomes lighter, it means that you can sort table rows in the ascending or descending order. To do this click on the name of the required column.
If you are repeatedly using the same process instances, sorted by certain criteria, you can save these parameters as a filter. To do this click Save as Filter. For more information on filters, see the respective Help section.
You can see the table toolbar above the upper right corner of the process instance table (Fig. 4).
