Each user can configure notifications about tasks and messages for themselves. These settings can be configured in the user profile on the Notification Settings tab (fig. 1).

In this case the email format changes to HTML, which features improved design and buttons for performing actions.
How it works
When you click on a button, the respective method is invoked in ELMA Web Application, therefore you need to be connected and authenticated in the system for Rich notifications to work correctly. If the user is not authenticated in the system, they will be redirected to the authentication page. After signing in to the system, the action will be performed (fig. 2).
