Employee Information


Data blocks in the Company section can be collapsed or expanded (fig. 1). By default, all the blocks on the Company page are collapsed.
To display the contents of a block, click More. To hide the contents of a block, click Collapse.

By default, the data blocks contains the following information:
When you click on a user name, a window with information about the user opens.
When you mouse over a user photo, the icon is displayed; clicking on this icon will add the user to the filter group and the icon will change to . When you mouse over a user photo, included in the group, the icon changes to ; clicking on it will delete the user from the group and the icon will change to .
By default the Schedule compliance and Time report units are collapsed. To display the contents of the units, click .
When the Schedule compliance unit is expanded it contains the following fields: Total for Period, Completed, Overdue. You can click on a field name to open the page with the list of respective tasks.
When the Time report unit is expanded it contains a table with time report hours, organized by activity types and statuses. The information is displayed for the selected period. When you click on a number of hours in the table, a window with the time report opens.
