"Tasks from me/Under my control" Portlet

By default, this portlet (fig. 1) displays the tasks, assigned by the user. You can specify the period for displaying tasks in the custom portlet settings.

The Tasks from Me line displays:

	– the number of tasks the user monitors. Clicking this link will open Outgoing – Active..
	– the number of tasks, the executors did not complete on time. Clicking this link will open Outgoing – Overdue.

Numbers in brackets indicate the number of tasks in the section. The tasks are grouped by due date in the portlet.

Portlet management buttons:

– the portlet is expanded. Click this button to collapse it.

- the portlet is collapsed. Click this button to expand it.

- open the custom portlet settings.

Custom Portlet Settings

Each portlet has general settings, configured by the system administrator. Users can change the custom portlet settings, when configuring the main page.

Showing tasks – specify the number of days for displaying tasks in the portlet.

Show Completed Tasks (from the current date) – if the box is checked, the portlet will display the tasks, completed ahead of schedule.

After you have completed configuration, click:

Save - settings will be saved and the window will be closed.

Save and continue - settings will be saved, but the window will not be closed and you will be able to continue configuring.
