User Authentication Sessions


This section contains information on the authentication sessions of ELMA users (fig. 1).

To open this page, click Active Users in Administration – Main pageUsers box (fig. 4); click the Active Users button in Administration – Users (fig. 2); click Active Users in Administration – System – Licenses in the Concurrent licenses section (fig. 3).

Username – this column contains the user's full name. The button allows to sign the user out of the system and delete the information on all the user's sessions from the list.
IP Address – this column contains the user's IP-address that the user signed in from. The button allows interrupting the session and delete the information from the list.
The icon means that this user is currently authenticated in the system. When some time passes after the last user's response, the active session is stopped. Stopped sessions are marked with the icon. You can set the stand by time, before a session is stopped in Administration – System – System Settings – Security Settings.
Authenticated On – this column contains the information on the last user authentication in the system.
Last Response – this column contains the date and time of the last action, the user performed in the system, or of the last request to the server, sent from the page (a web request is sent to the ELMA server from an opened browser page once a minute, in order to check the connection and acquire statistics).
Last User Action – this column contains the information on the last action, the user performed in the system, as Date – Time – URL of the last visited page. This URL is relative. To get the full URL, add the server address to it (fig. 5).

If the user is inactive for some time, the current session is automatically stopped. You can configure the session storage time in Administration – System – System Settings – Security Settings.
The Update button allows refreshing the information on the user sessions.
Check the Show only active sessions box to show only currently active user sessions.
