Monitoring Time Reports


Reports section (Fig. 1) contains:

Toolbar buttons

Allows you to group time reports by Activity in the summary table. When active, the button is highlighted dark-yellow.
Allows you to group time reports in the summary table by employees. When active, the button is highlighted dark-yellow.

Summary table

Fig. 1. illustrates the summary table with the data grouped by occupation. This table displays the total number of reported hours broken down into categories: "Pending Approval", "Approved", "Rejected". As mentioned before, the data in this table can be grouped by activity type or by employees. To group these entries click on the respective buttons in the toolbar of the Reports section.
To get detailed information on submitted hours, click on the required activity type in the Activity type column or on a number of hours in the Pending approval/Approved/Rejected column. When you click on an item, a dialog box with filtered data opens (fig. 2).

Time report details

This table shows various types of reports depending on the selected filter options. Each row of the table gives an overview of the submitted hours.
This data can be sorted by clicking on the name of the required column.
Clicking on the name of a certain report opens its page. For more information on how to manage a time report, see the respective Help section.
You can edit or delete time report items that are pending approval using the or buttons. These buttons are located to the right of time report items.
