CRM objects provide quick and convenient work with the
CRM application. These objects are generally used when creating or editing
contractors,
contacts,
leads and so on.
The most frequently used CRM objects are described below.
Lead Source
This object (fig. 1) is designed for storing the list of lead sources, used for classifying customers. This object's instances are used when
creating a lead. The sources reflect the type of the first contact with the customer. A source is similar to a
marketing event.

This object (fig. 2) contains the list of possible legal forms of the contractor companies. Instances of this object are used when working with a
company and a
lead.
