Access to CRM objects

You can configure global access settings of the CRM application in Administration – Users – Access settings – Global Access Settings, CRM unit. To learn more about the global settings see the respective Help section.

You can assign access permissions to the CRM module in Administration – Users – Access settings – CRM.

Fig. 1 illustrates an example of the Access settings – CRM page.

The units display and functioning are similar to the ones, described in the Global Access Settings section. See the respective Help section.

CRM Unit

Access to Sales Funnels – access to Sales Funnel.

Access to "CRM+" – access to CRM section in Web Application and the possibility to work with its objects (Contractors, Contacts, Leads and so on).

Access to the Marketing section - access to the Marketing section and the possibility to work with its objects.

Access Permissions for "Payments" – access to Payments and the possibility to work with its objects.

Access Permissions for "Deals" – access to Deals and possibility to work with its objects.

Allow to import contractors, contacts, and leads – possibility to import contractors, contacts and/or leads from an Excel file.

Mark Lead Duplicates – possibility to create objects' duplicates.

Full Access – full access to all the objects and features of the CRM section.

Full Access to the Marketing section - full access to all the objects and features of the Marketing section.

Edit the “Shared Filters” tree – permissions to edit the shared filters tree in the CRM section.

Allow to change status of closed deals – possibility to change the status of the closed deals.

Create a lead – access to create leads;

Create Contact – possibility to create contacts;

Create Product – possibility to add a product/service to the object;

Create a deal – possibility to create a deal;

Create 'Individual' – possibility to create a contractor of the Individual type;

Create 'Company' – possibility to create a contractor of the Company type;

Delete – deleting objects from CRM.

Allow to delete payments – possibility to delete payments.

Export contractors, leads, and deals – possibility to export contractors, contacts and/or leads to an Excel file.
