"ECM" Application Portlets


Portlets can be customized, and therefore are useful for organizing a workplace. The required portlets are added to the main pages by the users or the administrator.
You can change the set of portlets and their location in the page settings, and select what information to display in the portlet settings. Fig. 1 illustrates the secretary's main page with "Document list", "Tasks" and "Document Search" portlets.

Portlets can be informational or contain links to the most frequently used actions and processes. You can see the "Document List" portlet in fig. 2.

Fig. 3 illustrates the "Document Search" portlet, which provides quick and advanced document search.
