My Processes

My processes subsection allows users to monitor and control the execution of relevant processes, if the user is defined as a process initiator, participant or responsible.
Clicking on the Processes section brings users to the My processes subsection. “Created by me (All)” filter will be also selected automatically - the page will show the process instances that were initiated by the current user (Fig. 1).

My processes subsection (Fig. 2) shows a table that consists of five columns:
Clicking on the name of the process will bring you to the process page.
Clicking on the numbers that are indicating the number of current, completed and interrupted process instances or the number of tasks, will bring you to the corresponding page. Process page will display either Processes tab or My tasks tab depending on you choice.
To the left of the table there is a filter tree.
In the upper right corner of My processes page there is a page settings button that is displayed as an icon .
You can also use the advanced search in this section (fig. 3). Note, that the Process field shows both active and deleted processes. The deleted processes can be found under Deleted.

In addition, advanced search allows creating a custom filter. You can export the filtered list of processes to an Excel file. To do so, click on the table settings panel.
This button is available on the table settings panel only for the users who has permissions to export object lists. These permissions are assigned in Administration – Application Access Settings – Global Access Settings – Processes – Export Processes.

Exporting the list of process instances is similar to exporting a task list. To learn more, see the respective Help page
