Along with quick and advanced search you can use the full-text search. At the moment, full-text search is available only in the Documents section. All the ELMA users can use full-text search, no access permissions required.
Full-text search is applied to the following document attributes:
name;
author;
name of the folder, where the document is stored;
name of the category, where the document is registered;
contents of the current document version.
To use the full-text search, go to the Documents section, enter a word or a phrase in the search field (fig. 1), and click or press Enter.

The page will display a table (fig. 2) with all the matches found.

The matching words and phrases are highlighted yellow. By default, the table displays 10 results.
Note, that you can use the full-text search only when in the quick search mode. If you specify additional parameters, the advanced search will be applied.

If you mouse over the details link, you will see a list of possible reasons why the full-text search has not been performed (fig. 4).

For the full-text search to work correctly, you have to configure several settings, described in the respective Help section.
