click Access in Administration – Portal Settings – Pagesin the context menu of the page (fig. 2);

The opened dialog box displays the users, user groups or organizational structure items with access to this page (fig. 3):

View – the user has access to view this page;
Edit – the user has access to view this page and configure it on the user level;
Full Access – the user has access to view, configure and assign access to this page.
To add access permissions in this window (fig. 3) click Add and select the user, user group or organizational structure item. The selected item will be displayed in the table. To complete settings, check the access permissions, available to this item.
To delete an item from the table, click , to the left of the item name.
To save the settings, click Save.
Moving a page
You can group pages into folders. If necessary, you can move pages from one folder, to another.
To move a page:
click Move in the context menu of the page in Administration – Portal Settings – Pages(fig. 4);

in the opened window, select the folder to move the page to and click Move (fig. 5). To search the required folder, click .

Editing a page
To edit a page parameters, click Edit in the context menu of the page (fig. 6).

The opened window is similar to the one for creating a page. The set of fields in this window depends on the page type.
Deleting a page
To delete a page click Delete in its context menu (fig. 7);

Confirm deleting in the opened window by clicking Yes.
You cannot delete a page, if it is connected with a menu item or a set of main pages. To delete such a page, remove it from all the menus and the set of main pages.
