Report on Schedule Compliance

Report on schedule compliance displays detailed information on an ELMA user tasks over a certain period: list of all tasks, completed on time, overdue and so on. The set of column in the table depends on the selected grouping option. The report on schedule compliance displays only those tasks, whose due date (Due Date field on the task page) is within the specified period.

Generating a report on schedule compliance

To generate a report on schedule compliance, go to the Reports section and click Report on schedule compliance (fig. 1).

On the opened page (fig. 2), specify the required parameters and click Show Report, in the page toolbar.

Some of the parameters are similar to the ones of the aggregate report on schedule compliance. To learn more, see the respective Help section.
Employees - select users, for generating a report. If you leave this field empty, the report will be generated on all the system users. By default, locked users are not displayed in the report. They will be displayed if you check the Show tasks of the locked users box.
Group by * – select a data grouping option. This field is required.
Task Status * – select a task status of the tasks to include in the report. This field is required.
Show active overdue tasks – add overdue tasks to the report. This parameter does not take the tasks creation date into account.
Note, that the Project tasks and Document tasks options are available only if the Projects+ and ECM+ applications are activated.

Note, that the toolbar of this report contains the Export button.
When you click on the Parameters unit, the form for specifying parameters opens (fig. 2). If necessary, you can change the parameters and click Show Report. The data in the report will be updated and the page will display a new report according to the specified parameters.
The tasks in the table are grouped by employees and dates and have a color scheme. When you click on a task subject, the task page opens.
