"Process Monitor" portlet

Process Monitor portlet (fig. 1) displays the data according to the selected filter on the Process Monitor page.

Clicking on the name of the portlet will open the Process Monitor page of the filter selected when configuring the portlet.

Clicking on the name of the process instance will open the process instance page.

The header of the portlet shows its name that can be changed in portlet settings. It also contains the following buttons to manage the portlet:

Features of the Process Monitor portlet settings (fig. 2):

Process Filter – select a filter to sort the process information.
Hide Process Instance Table – set instance table display options.
Show process information – set the display of the data on: version number, date of publication, creation date, owner and supervisors.
Show by … – set the display of informational blocks similar to the ones on the process monitoring page. Local filters are generated inside the information blocks (for example, by executor or by the statuses), that are also applicable to the process instance table. To reset these filters when viewing the portlet, refresh the page in Web Application.
Table Columns Settings - choose which columns to display in the process instance table.
