You can open these settings in any subsection of the Documents section. To configure the settings, click on the User Settings for Document Storage button(fig. 1). The settings page will open (fig. 2).

To edit the settings, click in the required unit.
By default, the settings page features the following units:
Drag-n-Drop allows dragging objects with the mouse.
Note
Drag-n-Drop is available in the dialog box in all web browsers, except for Internet Explorer. In Internet Explorer you can use Drag-n-Drop only by dragging files directly from the file manager.
When you edit settings of the Create Documents by Drag-n-Drop unit (fig. 3), you can configure the way the system works with Drag-n-Drop.

Type of the document to create – select the document type from the drop down menu. By default, the "File" type is used (it means, that when you create a document with Drag-n-Drop, the created documents will have the "File" type). To learn more about the document types, see the respective Help section.
Name Template – select the document name when uploading it to ELMA:
From document type – the document name is generated by the template, configured in the Designer. The document name template is configured on the document type page in the Designer.
Define Template – enter the document template. The template may contain names of the document attributes as {$DocumentAttributeName}. In this case, you can use system document attributes, i.e. filled in by the system, when creating a document (e.g. file name {$FileName} or document creation date {$Document.CreationDate}).
When duplicating document names – select an action to perform, when attempting to add a document with the name, which already exists in ELMA:
Create with File Name – the document will be created with the name of the uploaded file.
Request Document Name – a request to rename the document will be generated.
Add New Version – the file will be added as a new version of the ELMA document.
Preview Settings
In this unit (fig. 4) you can configure downloading of the current document version.

Hide Action Selection:
Yes – when you click the document preview window opens, where you can download the document version by clicking Download File.
No – when you click the action selection window (fig. 5) opens:
download version;
open in browser;
edit (using ELMA Agent).

Document creation settings
In this unit (fig. 6) you can select a folder in which the new document will be stored. This setting will be active if the following conditions are met:
