An action folder (fig. 1) is marked with the icon in the folder tree and on the parent folder page. You can create an action folder in any folder of the Documents section, if you have the respective access permissions.

Create Action Folder
To create an action folder, open a folder and click Folder – Create Action Folder in the toolbar (fig. 2). This button is available only if the current user has "Edit" permissions.

In the opened dialog box (fig. 3) fill in the following fields.
Folder Name *– name of the created action folder. This field is required.
Registry File *– click to select the required action. This field is required.

Click Select to open the dialog box (fig. 4), where you have to select an action.

To save changes, click Done and Save.
Click More... to open the Select Action dialog box (fig. 5) with the full list of available actions.

The created action folder provides quick access to the frequently used actions. To learn more about ELMA actions, see the respective Help section.
Action folder context menu
The table contains the context menu - . Click this button to open the drop down menu (fig. 6) with actions. The set of actions depends on the user's permissions. A user with "Edit" permissions can:
move the action folder – in the opened dialog box, select the folder to move this action folder to. To confirm moving, click Move in the opened dialog box;
delete the action folder – confirm deleting the action folder in the opened dialog box by clicking Delete;
configure access permissions to the action folder ("Configure Access" permission is required);
edit the action folder – change the name and the action.
