To complete a relationship in ELMA, click Completed in the toolbar of the relationship page (fig. 1).

In the opened dialog box (fig. 2) add a comment, if necessary, and select the further action with the relationship.

In the window for completing a relationship with a contractor, as the further action you can add a call, mail, meeting, deal stage or close the relationship. In the window for completing a relationship with a lead, you can add a call, mail, meeting and convert the lead or close the relationship.
