Action Register

In ELMA, you can add links from the action registry to some activities. These actions can be used for:

configuring the left, top and main menus;
creating links to certain activities in web documents and HTML portlets;
adding links to certain activities to the filter tree;
creating an action folder.

The full list of actions available in ELMA is located in Administration – Portal Settings – Action Registry (fig. 1).

Actions on this page are grouped into units, depending on the system section they pertain to. By default, all the units are expanded. To hide a unit content, click

When you click the Open button, next to one of the actions, a dialog box or a new tab with the result of the selected action opens. In some cases, you will have to fill in some fields in the dialog box.
