Deals

This section of ELMA contains information about deals with contractors, and tools for managing them. You can make deals only with a contractor (convert leads beforehand).

This section is available only to the users with the respective access permissions.

Fig. 1 shows an example of the Deals page.

The structure of this section is similar to the structure of the Contractors section. You can learn more in the respective Help section.

This section has some unique features.

1. The Total Sales value is displayed above the table.

2. The Selected button in the toolbar allows adding a marketing activity to the selected deals.

To work with deals, you need to fill in the objects of the CRM section. You can find the objects in Objects – CRM. The system administrator assigns access to objects in Administration – Users – Access Settings – Objects. To learn more about objects, see the respective Help section.

Editing a deal

You can edit only active deals.

To edit a deal, click Actions - Edit on the deal page. The page for editing a deal will open, where you can change the required fields and click Save.

Deleting a deal

Only active deals can be deleted (with the Active status).

To delete a deal, click Actions - Delete on the deal page.
