This report displays the list of all the documents, registered in a particular category in a specified year. This report is available only if the ECM+ application is activated.
Generating a report
To generate this type of report, go to the Reports section and click List of category records (fig. 1).

On the opened page (fig. 2), specify the required parameters and click Show Report in the page toolbar.

Parameters
Fields for selecting the required document flows – select:
Yes – include the selected document flows in the report.
No – do not include the selected document flows in the report.
Category *– select a category of the records classification scheme. This field is required.
Registration Year *– enter the registration year of the documents. This field is required.

The page displays the Parameters unit and a data table.
When you click on the Parameters unit, the form for specifying parameters opens (fig. 2). If necessary, you can change the parameters and click Show Report. The data in the report will be updated and the page will display a new report according to the specified parameters.
The data table consists of the following columns:
Registration Number – registration number of the document.;
Document – name of the document. When you click on a document name, its page opens;
Registration Date – registration date of the document;
Author – ELMA user, who created the document. When you click on a user name, a dialog box with the information about the user opens.
