In ELMA, you can export user calendars to an iCalendar file (*.ics, iCal), which is a common format, supported by many applications (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar). An *.ics file is saved as a text and contains the calendar name, description, event start and end date. You can export your calendar if you will not be able to access ELMA for some time.
All the events in the calendar (including process tasks, relationships) are exported as well.
How to export a calendar
To start exporting a calendar, click Export on the calendar page.
In the opened window (fig. 1) select the period for exporting the calendar and click Export.

Regardless of the selected action, an *.ics file will be generated, which you can open in any calendar application. By default the file name is generated based on the name of the exported calendar.
