Access to Fields and Properties
You can configure access permissions to fields and properties of
CRM objects in
Administration – CRM+ – Access Permissions to Fields and Properties (fig. 1), i.e. you can configure access to properties of an object (hide/show some of the data, depending on user access permissions). These settings are available for such
CRM objects, as
Contractor (
Company,
Individual),
Deal,
Relationship.

To assign permissions to object properties, open the required object. Click Add Property (fig. 2) under the Access permissions to properties table.

In the opened dialog box (fig. 3) select the object property, to which you need to restrict access, and click Add. Note, that you can add all the object properties, by selecting All Properties.

If an object (user, user group, organizational structure element) with an access level is not specified for the selected property, the table will display the respective notification, that all the users don't have access to the property (fig. 4). It means, that this property will be unavailable to all the system users when they view the object in Web Application and when configuring the display table on the object page.

The selected property will appear in the
Access permissions to properties table, where you can click
Add,
select an object for assigning permissions and click
Select - Save.
By default, the selected users have access to view the object property. If necessary, you can assign permissions to edit the property, by checking the respective box (fig. 5).

To delete a user/role from the list, click
next to the required user/role in the list (fig. 5).
After configuring access permissions to object fields and properties, click Save in the page toolbar.
