In the leads table, !marks the leads, which do not have a user, responsible for them. Unlike contractors, filling in the Responsible field is not required for leads.
The Selected button in the toolbar, provides a different set of options - group actions, which can be applied to leads.
Under the quick search string, you can see filters for searching leads: Show only mine and Show by status.
When you enable the Show only mine filter, the leads table shows only those leads, for which the current user is responsible.
The Show by status filter is used to display summary information on statuses of existing leads and to quickly open the list of leads with the required status. This filter is enabled by default when you open the Leads section.
When you select this filter, a table with information on lead statuses is shown (fig. 2). Next to a status, you can see the number of leads with this status. When you click on a status name, the leads table shows only the leads with this status. You can select only one status at a time.

The active filter is highlighted dark-yellow.
