General information about the CRM application

The ELMA CRM+ application allows automating customer relationship processes and provides databases for storing and organizing customers, contacts, leads, payments, deals and more. Moreover, the application not only allows quickly accessing the information about the client-companies but also assign tasks for managing relationships: meetings, calls, mail.

ELMA CRM+ combines CRM and business process management. This approach allows controlling the sales dynamics and ensures proper functioning of business processes for customer management.

The ELMA CRM+ provides the main features for customer management: contractor, contact and lead databases; tools for sorting and searching information; integration with IP telephony systems.

This application is not included in the standard software package and is licensed separately.
