How to Reset ELMA Activation

You can reset ELMA activation with the exe. file attached to the article. Run in under Windows administrator. Go to \Applications\BPM\EleWise.ELMA.BPM.Web\App_Data\License or ELMA3-'Edition'\Web\App_Data\License and delete the License folder with all its contents. Then restart the web server (IIS service or ELMA web server).

 Also, you can reset activation manually:

1. Stop the IIS service or the ELMA web server.

2. Delete the License folder in the registry editor:

• In HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\EleWise\ELMA\License
• In  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\EleWise\ELMA\License
• (for a64-bit OS in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\EleWise\ELMA\License)
• In HKEY_USERS find Software\EleWise\ELMA\License in all the user folders

3. Delete the License folder with all the contents in the website folder \Applications\BPM\EleWise.ELMA.BPM.Web\App_Data\License or ELMA3-Express\Web\App_Data\License.

4. Restart the web server (IIS service or ELMA web server).

Now the system will require a new activation key.
