208-2: Folders and Documents

In ELMA, documents are stored in folders. There are several default folders: Common files, available to all the system users, Archive, which contains all the archived documents, My Documents, which stores the documents of the current user. It is selected by default when you create a new document. The favorites folder is used to set up quick access to frequently used documents.
