To complete a consideration task, you have to:
1. Enter a decision on the further actions with the document in the Decision tab, in the Enter a decision section.
Fill in the required fields and click Add. After that, the task will be added to the list. All the tasks from the list will be assigned to the users only after you click Considered.
3. Click Considered. If you have not created any decision based tasks, the confirmation window will open where you have to select one of the options:
Confirm the decision and stop document processing – complete the consideration task without creating decision based tasks.
Send the document for creating decision based tasks – complete the consideration task and assign the Create Decision Based Tasks task to another user.
The selected user will receive the Create Decision Based Tasks task with the document attached.
4. If you have created decision based tasks, then in order to complete the document consideration task the user selected as the controller has to check completion of these tasks. By default, the consideration task author is the controller. After completing and checking all the decision based tasks, the document consideration state changes to Decision based tasks completed.
If decision based tasks are not assigned, the Decision based tasks completed state is set.
If decision based tasks are assigned, the Executing decision based tasks state is set.

To do so, open the document page, click Actions and select Make Decision. After that, the consideration task page will open. However, the consideration task assigned to another user will not be completed. As the result, all the decisions will be saved on the Consideration tab of the document page, and all the consideration tasks must be completed.
