Change Document Dispatch Status

This activity is used to change the document dispatch status. The dispatch status indicates the fact that the document original has been sent to the addressee. There is only one dispatch status: Sent to Addressee. This activity is not displayed in Web Application. After the activity is executed, the document acquires the Sent to Addressee status (fig. 1) and is not displayed in the Unsent folder of the Records Management section.
This activity should be placed after the Dispatch Document activity.

Change Document Dispatch Status activity settings
To set up this activity, double click on it on the process graphic model (fig. 2). The settings window will open, which consists of the tabs described below.

General tab. This tab is similar to the General tab of the Change Document Status activity.
Documents tab. This tab is similar to the Documents tab of the Dispatch Document activity.
