Contract Register

If the Contract Management application is activated, the Contract Management folder is displayed in the Documents section. This folder contains systematized filter-folders. The Contract Management folder is a convenient tool for sorting and searching registered documents of the following types: Incoming contract, Outgoing contract, Acceptance certificate, Discrepancy report. When you change document attributes, the document is automatically moved from one filter-folder to another (fig. 1).

Reserving registration numbers for outgoing contracts
If the Contract Management application is activated, you can reserve registration numbers for outgoing contracts. To do so, click on the action-folder Reserve Outgoing Contract Number in the Contract Management folder in the Documents section (fig. 2).

The process of reserving a registration number for an outgoing contract is similar to reserving a registration number for other document types.
