3. In the opened dialog box, select the registration option for which the number will be reserved (fig. 2).

4. If no registration options are available, or none of them can be used for reserving the registration number, reserve the number manually by clicking Manual Reservation. In the opened dialog box, specify the document registration parameters: document type, docflow, registration office and category.
You can save this registration option by clicking Save Variant. To reserve the number, click Reserve (fig. 3).

If the category, in which the number will be reserved, has auto numeration then an automatically generated number will be reserved (fig. 4).

If the category, in which the number will be reserved, does not have auto numeration then you have to enter the registration number in the Registration Number field and click Save.
After the registration number has been reserved, you can use it when registering a document.
To view the list of unused reserved numbers:
1. Go to the Records Management section.
2. Click Register - Reserved Numbers (fig. 5).

3. The opened dialog box displays all the information on the unused reserved numbers in a table (fig. 6).
