To configure access to the Contract Management folders, displayed in Documents – Contract Management, go to Administration – Document Management – Contract Management - Accessing the Contract Management folders (fig. 1).

To assign access, click Add below the table and in the opened window select the required object to assign access to. Select the required access levels and click Save.
Click , to remove access permissions from an object.
The access levels are similar to those of documents and folders. For more information, read this Help article.
