Access to editing record cards (Administration - Users - Access Settings - Global Access Settings - Document Management - Allow to edit record cards).
The user who has all these permissions will be able to use the Edit button on the registered document page (fig. 1).

To edit a record card:
1. Click Edit on the document page (fig. 1).
2. The opened record card editing form includes the following tabs:
Common – this tab displays the registration number, registration date and record card description. You can change these parameters, if necessary (fig. 2).

If auto numeration is configured, then you can change the number to another automatically generated number (fig. 3). If auto numeration is not configured, you can enter the registration number manually (fig. 4).

Registration Information – this tab displays the document registration parameters in the current records classification scheme of the company: docflow, registration office and category. You can change these parameters (fig. 5).

3. Make all the required changes and click Save.
In case of multiple registration, you have to select the required record card after clicking Edit (fig. 6).
