Implementation Guide

This section is intended for the specialists who configure the system during its implementation.
Apart from organizing document storage and access permissions system, implementation of document management includes:
Document management settings are configured in Web Application in Administration – Document Management. On the Document Management tab of ELMA Designer you can create and set up document typesrecord cards and enumerators. This tab is available only if the ELMA ECM+ application is activated.
Search in the list of document types, record cards and numerators
In ELMA, you can search in the lists of document types, record cards and numerators. To start searching, open the Document Management tab of ELMA Designer and click on the required element list pane. On this tab, you can search elements in the work pane (fig. 4), and on the left panel (fig. 5). After selecting the required pane, press Ctrl+F. The search string will appear.

Enter the name/part of the name of an element. The found matches will be automatically displayed under the search string (fig. 6).

To return to the full list of elements, clear the search string. To close the search string, click .
Note that you can search only among the elements of the selected unit. For example, in fig. 6 the search is performed only in the Document Types unit.
