The numerators tree contains all the numerators in the system, divided into two groups: System Numerators and Numerators (fig. 1, unit 2):
the System Numerators group includes all the system numerators. System numerators are created automatically when you create a category in the records classification scheme, named as in Numerator for <category name> (category ID). You can edit the name and the numerator settings, if necessary. System numerators are highlighted blue in the list of numerators (fig. 1).
the Numerators group contains all the user numerators. User numerators are created by the user in ELMA Designer. These numerators can be used only in ELMA scripts. User numerators are highlighted black in the list of numerators (fig. 1).
The work field displays the list of user numerators by default. When you click the System Numerators button, all the numerators – system and user - are displayed (fig. 1, unit 3). You can open a numerator page for editing.

When you click this button, a drop down list opens, which contains:
click Create Numerator in the context menu (fig. 2).

In the opened dialog box, enter the name of the numerator and click OK (fig. 3).

The numerator page will open, where you have to fill in the required fields and click Save (fig. 4). The created numerator will be displayed in the Numerators group.

Editing a numerator
You can edit both system and user numerators in ELMA Designer.
There are three ways to open a numerator for editing:
select the numerator in the list and click Change Numerator in the top menu;
click Edit Numerator in the context menu of the numerator;
double click on the numerator name in the list.
The numerator page will open, where you can make the required changes and click Save.
Deleting a numerator
You can delete only user numerators.
There are two ways to delete a numerator:
click Delete Numerator in the top menu (fig. 5);
click Delete Numerator in the context menu (fig. 5);
