Documents stored in ELMA can be attached to tasks. That is why the executors of tasks should have the respective access permissions.
To attach a document to a task and to assign access permissions to an executor, click Send – Attach to Task in the toolbar (Fig. 1).

On the opened page fill in the required fields and click Save. If the selected users do not have permissions to access the attached document, a dialog box will open (Fig. 2). In this dialog box, select access permissions and click Save Permissions.

There are useful links at the bottom of the dialog box that allow you to manage permissions more quickly. When you click any of these options, the link name will be changed from Allow... to Deny....
The system works similarly when you add a document in the Attached Documents field on the task page.
