If the ECM+ application is activated, then the Document Attribute data type will be available in the data types tree (fig. 1). This data type allows creating an attribute, which will store values of the selected document attribute.

Document - select the document type, whose attribute needs to be added to the attributes of this record card type.
Attribute - select the document attribute, which needs to be added to the attributes of this record card type.
Create an attribute of the Document Attribute data type for the Contractsrecord card. It will store information on the contract type (fig. 3).

We recommend, that you uncheck the Show boxes for the creation and editing forms on the Advanced tab of the record card attribute page (fig. 4). Thus, when registering or editing the record card, this attribute will not be displayed, since its value is created when registering the document.

The Current Version attribute will be displayed in the Record Card Attributes unit of the Contractpage in Web Application (fig. 5).
