The Contract Management application allows viewing the document list in the Contracts mode. In this mode, you can see more details on documents of the Contract Management application.
To use the Contracts mode for viewing documents:
open the required folder with documents of the following types: Contract, Incoming contract, Outgoing contract;
in the toolbar of the folder, click Table – Contracts (fig. 1).

This mode should be used only for folders, which store documents of the following types: Contract, Incoming contract, Outgoing contract, since detailed information display is available only for these document types.
An example of data display in the Contracts mode is show in fig. 2.

The following information is displayed for each document:
document registration status – Registered, Unregistered;
contract status – Executing, Closed, Overdue;
contract term;
the number of document stages and their statuses – Executing, Closed, Overdue.
To save the current document version to the local computer, click on the paperclip icon (fig. 3).

To return to the standard data display mode, click Contracts – Table in the toolbar (fig. 4).
