Docflow is a totality of documents of one type or purpose, which have the same routing process.
There are 4 docflows in ELMA: Incoming, Outgoing, Internal, Contracts. You cannot create new docflows.
Links to all the registered documents in ELMA are stored in the Records Management section, in respective filter folders (fig. 1).

Incoming – this folder contains links to incoming documents. Incoming Documents are the documents received from other companies, e.g. guarantee letters, advertising, emails and so on (fig. 2).

Outgoing – this folder contains links to outgoing documents. Outgoing Documents are the documents sent to other companies and individuals (fig. 3).

Internal – this folder contains links to internal documents. Internal Documents are the documents intended for use inside the company (fig. 4).

Contracts – this folder contains links to all the contracts. Contracts are all the documents of the Contract type (fig. 5).

Each filter folder with document links allows you to:
Open the document page.
To do so, click on the name of the required document.
Download the current document version to the local PC, open it in browser or edit it via ELMA Agent (which has to be installed).
To do so, click the button to the left of the document name and select an action in the opened dialog box (fig. 6).
