This activity allows sending a document for acquaintance. A task to send a document for acquaintance is created. Its executor is defined according to the swimlane the activity is in. In Web Application, you have to select the users to get acquainted with the document.
You have to connect this activity with the Acquaintance activity, using a label or the context variable of the Acquaintance sheet type.
At this process stage, the executor, selected in the swimlane, receives a task to select the users, who have to get acquainted with the document.
You should place this activity only before business role swimlane, since only this swimlane does not have a defined set of users. Using this activity before a static or dynamic swimlane is pointless, since the list of approvers is defined by the swimlane. An example of correct use of this activity is shown in fig. 1.

As the result of the activity execution:
a list of users, who has to get acquainted with the document, is created;
a new acquaintance sheet with the selected users is created, unless other settings are configured.
