You can configure digital signature templates in Web Application, in Administration – Document Management – Digital Signature Templates(fig. 1).

Text Template for Document Version Signature – template of the text, automatically generated when signing a document version with digital signature.
Text Template for Document Approval Procedure – template of the text, automatically generated when approving a document with digital signature.
Text Template for Document Acquaintance – template of the text, automatically generated when getting acquainted with a document with digital signature.
Restore Default Template – click this button to restore the default text template.
Text templates can include both text and properties of the required objects (property names). For example, the template for signing a document version may include properties of the "User, who signed the document version" object (document version, user, creation date, comment and so on), and the template for document approval may contain properties of the "Document approval task" object (document, author, creation date and so on).
