These activities allow you to organize the document approval process.
Send for Approval. This activity allows selecting users in Web Application, who will receive the document for approval and creating the approval sheet with the list of approvers.
New Approval Sheet. This activity generates a new approval sheet and is not displayed in Web Application. When using this activity, the list of approvers has to be defined in the Approval activity by a context variable or in swimlane in which the Approval activity is.
Approval. This activity creates the document approval task in Web Application.

Since you can use several Approval activities, the activities must be connected with labels. For example, you have to connect the send for approval activity with the approval activity.
Label allows connecting the Approval activity and the activity, where the list of approvers is generated (New Approval Sheet or Send for Approval). You can configure labels when editing the Send for Approval, New Approval Sheet and Approval activities.
