Administrator Guide

This section describes access settings of ELMA ECM+ objects and the document history display parameters.

Other settings of the application are configured when implementing the system and described in the implementation guide.

You can administer the document management section in Administration - Document Management .

This page displays the following settings:

Document Types – configure the document types;
Document Management section settings – configure general settings of the ELMA ECM+ application;
Permissions for Accessing Document Management Section – configure users' access permissions to the ELMA ECM+ objects and sections;
Digital Signature Templates – configure digital signature templates;
Document History Display Settings – configure units and actions, which the users will see when loading the documents history.

Records Management Settings

Records Management – configure access to the Records Management section;
Records Classification Scheme – create and configure the records classification scheme of the company;
Registration Offices – create and configure registration offices in the records classification scheme of the company;
Document Registration Variants – configure document registration variants;
Document Registration Settings – configure forms for registering documents.

Contract Management unit

Contract Management – configure the Contracts Management application. This unit is displayed only if you have the Contract Management application activated.
