Discussing a Document

This operation allows sending a document for discussion to one or several users or to a public channel. A message is created in the system and can be commented by all the recipients. All the comments are displayed in the messages section.
To send a document for discussion:
1. Open the document page.
2. Click Send in the top menu and select Select Document (fig. 1). A form for sending a message will open with the document attached (fig. 2). To learn more about filling in this form, see the respective Help page.

3. To send a document for discussion, click Send Message. If the users to whom the document was sent do not have access to the document, assign it on the Access tab of the document page.
4. When you send a document for discussion, the selected users will receive a message with the document attached and will be able to add comments (fig. 3).

All the user comments are displayed in the messages section (fig. 4) and stored in the History tab of the document page (fig. 5).
