Contract Signatories Group

If the Contract Management application is activated, an additional user group Contract Signatories becomes available.
Only adding users to this group does not grant the permissions to sign documents of the Contract Management application. To grant users permissions to sign the documents, you need to add this group on the Permissions to Sign tab in the document type settings.
If a user is not a member of the group, but is added on the Permissions to Sign tab, the user will also be able to sign the documents of this type.
