This tab displays document and record card forms. A form is a layout of the document/record card attributes (fields) in Web Application.
In ELMA, each document type has standard forms for viewing, editing and creating a document, as well as forms for editing the record card and registering a document of this type (fig. 1).

You can edit or create new forms for this document type in form builder.
Forms by default
This unit contains actions with document and forms used for each action. For example, the Create form is used for creating a document in Web Application. If necessary, you can select other forms for each action.
To edit a form in this unit, click . To create a new form, click . The form builder will open.
The Add forms for Record Card button allows defining the record card type, docflow and forms for registering/editing, which will be used when registering document of this type. When you click on this button, a dialog box for selecting a record card type will open (fig. 2), where you have to fill in the required fields and click OK.

Registration Card Type – select the record card type, which will be used when registering documents of this type.
Document Flow – select the docflow, in which the documents of this type will be registered.
After you click OK, the Record - <record card type> unit will be displayed (fig. 3).

Document Flow – the docflow in which this record card is used.
