This activity automatically changes the document life cycle status. It is not displayed in Web Application and can be placed in any swimlane.
Settings of the Change Document Status activity
To configure this activity, double click on it on the process graphic model (fig. 1). The page of this activity will open, which consists of the following tabs.

Common tab
This tab is similar to the Common tab of the Make Decision activity.
Documents tab
This tab is similar to the Documents tab of the Send for Approval activity.
Change Status tab
Fig. 2 illustrates an example of this tab.

On this tab, you have to select the status, which will be set for the document by this activity. To do so:
click Not defined to the right of the document type name;
select the required status in the opened context menu (fig. 3). The list will displays the statuses of this document type.
