ELMA: Contract Management application allows managing contracts efficiently and conveniently throughout their life cycles, reduces the time required to work with documents, and automates contract creation, storage and search.
The Contract Management application has the following capabilities:
a set of document types; the system provides many document types, which allows easily creating a working structure of the organization's contracts;
contracts register. All the system contracts are compiled in a single contracts register. The Contract Management branch in the folder tree of the document storage stores all the system contracts. For your convenience, it provides many filter folders;
contract stages. You can create the required stages and set up deadlines on a contract page. As a result, users can log their work with contract to the system: close contract stages and the contract itself;
linked documents. Due to the fact that there are numerous contract types in the system, you can create a custom contract structure for any organization. A contract can be linked with many documents. The system stores both the contract itself and all its linked documents, i.e. its substructure;
