Fig. 1 shows an example of the Description tab of the record card page.

Type Name unit

The field contains the record card type name entered at the first step of creating a record card type. You can change the name, if necessary.

Show Help for registration from a document – this parameter allows displaying help when registering documents of a particular type. To do so, you have to:

create a web document with instructions on registering a document type;
check the Show Help for registration from a document;
specify the document number in the Document ID field (fig. 3). To find the document ID, open its page in Web Application. The number is in the URL bar of your browser, after "Document/View/" (fig. 2).

after that, the button will be displayed, when you register a document. When you click on this button, a web document with the instructions will be displayed.

Description unit

In this unit you can add a description of the record card type. This description is displayed only on this tab.

Data Structure unit

This unit is similar to the Data Structure unit of the object page. To learn more, see the respective Help page.
